New or experienced Management Accountant to work closely with and support a US client base, delivering accurate and timeous accounting services. Working in an environment that promotes growth, innovation, work-life balance, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with a Finance Manager to support all client financial requirements

  • Capture all bank transactions (using Quickbooks)

  • Reconcile all accounts on a monthly basis

  • Perform labor breakouts and analysis for clients

  • Monthly loan and other journal entries

  • Assist with preparing monthly/ weekly management reports

  • Work with various software that create a streamlined work process

  • Contribute innovative ideas for process efficiencies and improvements

  • Client interaction

    Requirements

  • BCom in Financial Accounting or Management Accounting

  • CIMA qualified or interest in completing CIMA studies

  • Collaborative with excellent communication

  • A good eye for detail

  • A DIY mentality to proactively tackle challenges and tasks

  • Proficient in QuickBooks (advantageous)

  • Exposure to the US accounting landscape (advantageous)
