Tax Compliance Officer
Are you a SAICA/SAIPA qualified Senior Accountant looking to put down roots in a successful firm in Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs?
Our client is looking to hire a senior tax practitioner to ensure the overall compliance with the various tax acts for their client base.
Academic Qualifications:
- BCom degree
- Completion of articles (SAIPA/SAICA) /a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a tax compliance environment.
- Registered tax practitioner
Experience & Desirables
- Experience dealing with SARS
- Experience working with ProfSoft
- Experience in dealing with the Tax Ombud
- Experience with medium to large company taxpayers
- Experience with Expat tax
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, e-Filing, E@syfile)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans – essential
