Our Client based in the Property Fund Management Industry is seeking a Financial Administrator to join their growing team.

Financial Distribution of monthly investor reporting
Ad hoc investor reconciliations and queries
Monthly property performance dashboard for management
Assist with monthly cash flow management
Annual audit – preparation of information for external auditors and assist with audit queries
Secretarial/Admin KYC/FICA
Property Acquisitions, Disposals, Developments and Capex Projects paperwork
Operational administrative paperwork – Municipailty applications, renewals, etc.
Secretarial administration – preparation of resolutions, due diligence paperwork, etc.
Board Meetings/Investor Presentations Collation of information

 

 

 

Financial Monthly credit card reconciliations
Assist with monthly cash flow management
Monthly expense/cashflow recons
Annual audit – preparation of information for external auditors and assist with audit queries
Secretarial/Admin KYC/FICA
Property Acquisitions, Disposals, Developments and Capex Projects paperwork
Operational administrative paperwork – applications, renewals, etc
Secretarial administration – preparation of resolutions, due diligence paperwork, etc.
POFT (Fund)
Financial Ad hoc investor reconciliations and queries
Assist with monthly cash flow management
Annual audit – preparation of information for external auditors and assist with audit queries
Secretarial/Admin KYC/FICA
Ad hoc operational administrative paperwork
Secretarial administration – preparation of investor subscription/redemption paperwork, etc.

Financial Petty cash management and monthly reconciliations
Monthly credit card reconciliations
Management fees – monthly calculations and invoicing (all applicable Funds)
Filing and maintenance of financial records
Assist with cash flow management and budgets
Annual audit – preparation of information for external auditors and assist with audit queries
Secretarial/Compliance Secretarial administration – preparation of resolutions, due diligence paperwork, etc.
KYC/FICA
Assist with FSCA submissions and queries
Assist with queries from Compliance Officer
Maintenance of compliance records (registers, policies, submissions, etc.)
Ad Hoc/Other There is an expectation to perform project-based work which will be given to you with the requisite instruction.
Requirements
Education University degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business, Economics, Property or a related field
Experience 5 years relevant/similar experience
Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint) – required
Experience in property management – advantageous
Other Strong analytical skiils and attention to detail
Proactive, results driven, ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under pressure
Process implementation/maintenance and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
