Georgina
Georgina graduated from UCT with a BSocSci (majoring in Psychology and Sociology) and later a Postgrad in Human Resource Management in 1999. She started recruiting after completing her degree and has recruited both in South Africa and the UK, therefore gaining extensive experience in the industry.
She has owned and managed two financial recruitment companies and believes her special skill is being able to match people and their expectations to enhance their careers. She is passionate about people and has gained many long term relationships with clients in the financial sector.
When she is not recruiting she is show jumping at a national level and spending time with her three gorgeous children and husband.

Michelle
Michelle is an experienced Journalist who has worked in the magazine, newspaper and online publishing environments. After 16 years in publishing, she moved across to the Recruitment space as it offered her another avenue through which she could connect with people, while taking on a new career challenge and growing as an individual. People are her passion and she loves to build relationships with clients and candidates alike and in so doing, help them achieve their goals and dreams. Now in her fourth year as a consultant, Michelle has worked as a Generalist and as a Legal and Compliance Specialist within Financial Services. She joined Conova in January 2019. When she is not at work, Michelle loves spontaneous weekend adventures and road trips around Cape Town with her husband and two teenage daughters, impromptu family gatherings and forest and beach walks.

Stephanie
Steph graduated from UCT with a BSocSci (majoring in Psychology and Organisational Psychology) and got the Golden Key award for academics. She then did a Postgrad in Business Management from Wits Business School.
Steph has a passion for helping and working with people. She has been the Head of Fundraising for 4 years at an NPO, Litoro Foundation, works closely with a crèche in Langa and gets involved in many community activities.
This passion together with her qualifications brought her into the field of financial recruitment and business where she can work with people on a daily basis and help them find their dream jobs.
