Our client is an established Wealth Management firm that strives to provide a specialist solution to their client's individual financial needs, by offering a comprehensive range of services and expertise to manage and grow their wealth.

The Portfolio Administrator provides administrative support to both the PCAM & PCWM teams to ensure the accurate and prompt processing of all related requests.


Key Responsibilities

  • Updating of various spreadsheets using eCube to ensure that the mastersheet and standing instruction payments are current

  • Ensure that all withdrawals are actioned by the stockbroker’s cut-off times and all deposits are distributed to the correct client accounts

  • Opening of new accounts may vary between 3-5 working days, depending on the Stockbroker

  • Closing of accounts should be completed by the month's end

  • Monitoring of client cash balances

  • 100% CGT calculations & execution of trades

  • Service calls

  • Administrative reporting

  • Portfolio system and data management

    Requirements

  • BCom degree with honours or looking to complete honours

  • 0-3 years’ experience in investment administration

  • Experience in dealing with share portfolios (both domestic and offshore) and liaising with stockbrokers

  • Preferential would be experience within a family office or wealth management environment

  • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Advantageous: eCube, xPlan, Opus (DMA)
