Our client is an established Wealth Management firm that strives to provide a specialist solution to their client's individual financial needs, by offering a comprehensive range of services and expertise to manage and grow their wealth.
The Portfolio Administrator provides administrative support to both the PCAM & PCWM teams to ensure the accurate and prompt processing of all related requests.
Key Responsibilities
Updating of various spreadsheets using eCube to ensure that the mastersheet and standing instruction payments are current
Ensure that all withdrawals are actioned by the stockbroker’s cut-off times and all deposits are distributed to the correct client accounts
Opening of new accounts may vary between 3-5 working days, depending on the Stockbroker
Closing of accounts should be completed by the month's end
Monitoring of client cash balances
100% CGT calculations & execution of trades
Service calls
Administrative reporting
Portfolio system and data management
Requirements
BCom degree with honours or looking to complete honours
0-3 years’ experience in investment administration
Experience in dealing with share portfolios (both domestic and offshore) and liaising with stockbrokers
Preferential would be experience within a family office or wealth management environment
Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Advantageous: eCube, xPlan, Opus (DMA)
