Our client is an established Wealth Management firm that strives to provide a specialist solution to their client's individual financial needs, by offering a comprehensive range of services and expertise to manage and grow their wealth.

To support the Fintech Team in delivering technology-driven, data-led and automation-focused solutions that enhance operational effectiveness across the Family Office / Wealth Management environment, the Junior Fintech & AI Analyst will assist in working with large data sets across the business to validate, reconcile and produce fit-for purpose reporting and insights for internal stakeholders, while supporting initiatives that reduce manual processes and operational risk through automation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operation and improvement of fintech platforms, data feeds, and internal systems

  • Assist with system testing, enhancements, and rollout of new functionality

  • Investigate and resolve data or system issues, escalating where required

  • Work with structured and semi-structured data, including validation, reconciliation, and quality checks

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for internal stakeholders

  • Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes

  • Assist in exploring and piloting AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, and data analysis solutions

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, including process mapping, documentation, and user guides

  • Build knowledge of fintech systems, data structures, and AI concepts relevant to financial services.

    Requirements

  • 0-3 years’ experience or a recent graduate with strong practical exposure

  • Background in technology, data, analytics, engineering, or quantitative disciplines preferred

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science/Information Systems/Data Science/Analytics/Engineering/Finance with strong technical focus

  • Strong Excel and comfortable working with data

  • Basic understanding of databases or data structures, automation tools, and exposure to APIs or system integrations

  • Hands on experience with AI Tools

  • Python, Power BI, SQL or similar
