Our client is an established Wealth Management firm that strives to provide a specialist solution to their client's individual financial needs, by offering a comprehensive range of services and expertise to manage and grow their wealth.


We are recruiting for a 3-year intern contract to grow with the company.  The individual will learn from the ground up, get intensive on the job training in all aspects of wealth management administration. You need to commit to doing your post grad in financial planning during this period and eventually register as a CFP.  Study assistance will be provided.

The Wealth Management Associate (WMA) intern plays a pivotal role in supporting Wealth Managers by providing strategic, operational, and administrative assistance. This role requires a high level of client-centricity, professionalism, and trust, with a focus on ensuring the seamless execution of time-sensitive tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to Wealth Managers, supporting them in managing client portfolios and enhancing the client experience.

  • Handle administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Assist with the preparation and management of documentation related to financial planning and client investment strategies.

  • Proactively communicate with clients.

  • Provide operational support to streamline processes and improve service delivery for both the Wealth Manager and clients.

  • Manage and organize large volumes of information, ensuring it is accurately processed and stored.

    Requirements

  • Degree in Commerce or Finance.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills.

  • Punctual with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.

  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written), with the confidence to communicate effectively with clients over the phone.

  • Proactive and capable of taking initiative in various situations.

  • A keen interest in Fintech systems and a quick learner.)
