Georgina founded Conova Financial Recruitment and leads a team of consultants with the shared vision to bring a highly personalized, relationship-driven approach to the South African financial recruitment sector. Holding a background in Human Resources and Psychology from the University of Cape Town, she leverages over two decades of industry insight to bridge the gap between elite financial leadership and top-tier corporate cultures. Under her guidance, Conova has evolved into a premier boutique agency trusted by listed fund managers, multinational blue chips, and dynamic SMEs across South Africa.
When she isn't connecting top-tier financial minds, Georgina is a passionate showjumper who loves spending time outdoors in the Cape.
