Our client is an established Wealth Management firm that strives to provide a specialist solution to their client's individual financial needs, by offering a comprehensive range of services and expertise to manage and grow their wealth.

Within this role, the successful candidate will assist the Fiduciary team with administrative matters, including safe custody, correspondence, capturing data, scanning and filling. It is a 3-year internship, ensuring the successful intern develops the foundational competencies required for the profession.


Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and submission of correspondence with the Master’s office

  • Following up on outstanding matters until resolved

  • Processing of original documents and placing them within, and removing them from the PCT safes ensuring all systems and lists are updated

  • Assist in writing cover letters

  • Attending to the Trust inbox

  • Capturing data as required within the CRM system and CDD process

  • Scanning all documents received by PCT and filing them within the sharepoint

  • Filing all original documents within necessary hard file

Requirements

  • Matric

  • 1-3 years working experience in a Fiduciary environment

  • Microsoft Suite, Xplan

  • Accuracy

  • Detail and quality oriented

  • Dutifulness

  • Cooperation and ability to provide feedback

  • Integrity and empathy
