The role requires strong management accounting fundamentals, with demonstrable experience in costing, contribution analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, divisional management accounts and multi-currency reporting within a manufacturing and export-focus environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management Reporting

  • Prepare monthly divisional management accounts with clear, accurate and insightful commentary

  • Prepare and coordinate annual budgets and periodic forecasts

  • Contribution and costing Analysis

  • Provide management accounting support to foreign distribution entities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

  • Business Partnering & Continuous Improvements.

    Requirements

  • CA(SA) or CIMA (Completed) is essential or equivalent international equivalents

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in management accounting within a manufacturing environment

  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis,

  • Experience in export-oriented businesses advantageous.

  • ERP experience (Syspro, MS Dynamic 365 - Business Central, or similar).

  • Power BI / reporting tools advantageous.

  • Strong management and cost accounting knowledge

  • Commercially aware and business-minded
